| still ENFP |
[Mar. 14th, 2009|12:19 pm] |
I've taken different versions of this same personality test about a dozen times in the last 10 years. Every time I get the same result...
| You Are An ENFP | The Inspirer
You love being around people, and you are deeply committed to your friends. You are also unconventional, irreverent, and unimpressed by authority. Incredibly perceptive, you can usually sense if someone has hidden motives. You use lots of colorful language and expressions. You're quite the storyteller!
In love, you are quite the charmer. And you are definitely willing to risk your heart. You often don't follow through with your flirting or professed feelings. You break a lot of hearts.
At work, you are driven but not a workaholic. You just always seem to enjoy what you do. You would make an excellent entrepreneur, politician, or journalist.
How you see yourself: compassionate, unselfish, and understanding
When other people don't get you, they see you as: gushy, emotional, and unfocused |

The more I read about Sarah Palin, the more she annoys me, and the more I fear for this nation if McCain is elected.
Today at school, there was an organizations fair. While eating a cheeseburger, I was accosted by a vegan from peta trying to tell me that by adhering to the ecological/biological food chain, I was supporting corporations exploiting human rights. I told him he sounded like a politician, which made me angry. He said "I am a politician." So I said, "well, congratulations! You sound just like one!" |

Smokey topaz is infinitely prettier than the traditional yellow/orange topaz. This makes me want to wear birthstone jewelery. |

So...this morning on my walk to the train, I felt my phone vibrating. As I was ascending on the escalator, I checked my voicemail. It's my teacher calling to say that she cannot make it into the city for exams today. I'm relieved because I'm not ready for the test, but annoyed because the "makeup" times are all when I'm working! |

| final exams! |
[Dec. 7th, 2007|03:57 pm] |
so, last tuesday I took my final for one class. I think I got an A, which would give me an A in the class.
One of my classes was the teacher's last class before retirement. He's been lenient all semester, but I did all the assignments and only missed class once. Yesterday in class, he gave us our evaluations for our final perfomances, talked a little and told us we're all getting A's. I have mixed feelings about this. I mean, I earned an A in the class, so I don't really care. Except I do. I'm a little annoyed that people who missed weeks of class and did half the work I did are still getting A's. I mean, give them B's at least! Whatever.
So that leaves two exams left for this tuesday. One teacher I enjoy and the other I find pretty annoying. She's a smart woman, but not very good at teaching. In the class with the teacher I like, I have a paper due the same day of the exam. In order to get an A in the class, I need to get A's on BOTH the paper and the exam, and he is very tough when he grades papers. In order to get an A in the class with the annoying teacher, I only need a B on the final. So, I'm going to put more effort into the class that I don't like, the class where I've had the most time-consuming homework, so I can get an A in that class. And accept a B in the other.
I know I shouldn't whine. |
